Core resolution logic:

  • The market resolves to 'Yes' if the listed team wins the 2026 WNBA Finals.
  • If multiple teams are declared co-champions, the team whose name comes first alphabetically wins.
  • If the 2026 WNBA Finals are cancelled or postponed beyond November 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion is not declared by that time, the market resolves to 'Other'.

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Team Disqualification: If a team is disqualified from the WNBA Finals before the championship is decided, the corresponding market will resolve to 'No'.
  • Name Changes: If a team changes its name before the 2026 WNBA Finals, the market will resolve based on the team's current name, assuming a clear lineage can be established.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the WNBA for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to named as the champion of WNBA for the 2026 season per the rules of WNBA (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after November 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the WNBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
