If the election is postponed but held within one year of the original date, the certified results still apply. If the election is postponed beyond one year or canceled, all markets resolve to No. Each market has a distinct numerical threshold (ranging from above 200,000 to above 375,000 votes), and resolution to "Yes" occurs only if the certified total exceeds the respective threshold for that market.
